The best way to get to know us at East
Finchley Baptist Church is to attend our Sunday morning service. We
hope that our services will be helpful to you, whether you are
already following Jesus or just wanting to find out more about
him.
Our Sunday service usually runs from 10.30am - 12.00pm and
is informal in style. The first 20 minutes are spent all together
before the creche, children and young people go to their separate
groups.

At the heart of each service is a reading and sermon from the
Bible, and there is also a mixture of hymns and contemporary songs,
prayers and church family news. We share communion together during
our morning service on the 2nd and the 4th Sunday's of the
month.
On particular occassions we may hold a service of baptism for
anyone who has put their faith & trust in Jesus, giving them an
opportunity to declare their dependence upon God's grace &
goodness to them, and their obdience to Jesus' command to follow
Him.
On the 3rd Sunday evening of the month from 5.45 - 7.00pm we
have our Sunday Focus evening for discussion and looking at
applying the Bible's teaching to our lives today.
